This program is designed for younger students and includes a one-hour ballet class followed by a one-hour conditioning class on Saturdays. Pending a placement audition, students may also be invited to join our Monday schedule, which includes additional conditioning, ballet, and rehearsal time. Cost is for whole season (Sept-June)

Ballet I

Ballet I is the first classical ballet technique class. Students begin learning the basics of ballet technique while practicing at the ballet barre and with center dance combinations. Students practice age appropriate dance steps, listening skills, taking turns, counting music, all while making new friends along the way!

Ballet II

Ballet II is the second level of ballet technique classes. This class is for students entering their second or third year of classical ballet training. New and slightly more challenging techniques are introduced with an emphasis on tempo, counting music, and connecting movements.

Ballet III

Ballet III is the third level of ballet technique classes. This class is designed for students with three or more years of classical ballet training. Students begin learning more complicated patterns while still applying knowledge from their earlier years of ballet classes. Students begin learning basic anatomy and its application in the dance art form. This class meets twice a week.

Hip Hop & Rhythms 10 yr. +

These dance crews explore tap dance, hip hop, basic jazz and rhythmic concepts using fun, age-appropriate music. Students who participate in the yearly session have the opportunity to perform in the year-end recital at the Oconomowoc Arts Center with our technique students.

Jazz & Tap I

The first levels of Jazz & Tap for students enrolled in our Ballet I class. Students will learn basic jazz & tap foundational movements and coordinations as well as explore basic rhythmic concepts.

Jazz & Tap II

The second level of Jazz & Tap for students enrolled in our Ballet II class. Students will expand upon the basic foundational movements learned in both techniques in this class. Focusing on faster tempos, more complex coordination as well as more challenging rhythms and progressions.

Petite Feet I

This first level of preschool age dance is a fun introductory class where students become familiar with the dance studio setting, learn basic steps and vocabulary, as well as social and listening skills. Students start exploring foundational ballet material before adding introductory tap skills starting in December.

Petite Feet II

This second level of primary school aged dance is for students under the age of 7. Students focus on taking direction, learning more coordination and combinations of ballet steps, distinguishing right from left and exploring musical dynamics and rhythm. The foundational concepts explored in both ballet and tap techniques in Petite Feet I are reviewed and expanded upon in this class.

Pre-Pointe I

Pre-Pointe is the preparation class for Pointe. This class is for students in Ballet III and above with a minimum of five years of ballet training, who have been evaluated for dancing en pointe. Students are required to take Pre-Pointe for a minimum of one year prior to Pointe class. Students must demonstrate sufficient strength to begin Pointe work.

Ballet IV/V

This class is for students with five or more years of classical ballet training. Students continue working on complicated patterns learned in previous ballet years while also developing new knowledge of ballet technique. Students learn basic anatomy and it’s application in the dance art form. This class meets twice a week.

Contemporary II/III

Students will continue to apply what they learned in Contemporary I to more advanced movement, and continue learning at a more advanced level. Dancers will be learning how to dance safely and effectively while also improving their performance quality and musicality. Available to students enrolled in Ballet III and above.

Stretching, Strengthening, Conditioning

This 45 minute class is designed for current dancers Ballet II and up looking to improve flexibility and strength, and is intended to work in tandem with students’ Ballet technique classes.

Ballet I

Ballet I is the first classical ballet technique class. Students begin learning the basics of ballet technique while practicing at the ballet barre and with center dance combinations. Students practice age appropriate dance steps, listening skills, taking turns, counting music, all while making new friends along the way!

Contemporary I

Contemporary I is TTP’s introductory Contemporary Class where students will begin to learn the basics. Contemporary dance is a style of dance that combines ballet, modern, jazz, lyrical, and various other forms. Dancers will be learning how to dance safely and effectively while also improving their performance quality and musicality. Available to students enrolled in their SECOND YEAR of Ballet II

Hip Hop & Rhythms 6-9 years

This dance crew explores tap dance, hip hop, basic jazz & rhythmic concepts using fun, age-appropriate music. Students who participate in the yearly session have the opportunity to perform in the year-end recital at the OAC.

Pointe & Pre-Pointe II

Pointe class is for students who are enrolled in Ballet III and above with a minimum of five years of ballet training, who have been evaluated for dancing en pointe. Students must demonstrate sufficient strength to begin Pointe work, specifically including strength and control in feet, ankles, legs, and the core. Dancers’ ballet technique must also be sufficient before beginning pointe work.

BOTH Jazz III & Tap III

Students wishing to enroll in both our Jazz III and Tap III classes should be enrolled in Ballet III+. These students receive special combined class pricing.

BOTH Jazz IV & Tap IV

Students wishing to enroll in both our Jazz IV and Tap IV classes should be enrolled in Ballet V+. These students receive special combined class pricing.

Ballet I/II

Students are being introduced to formal study of classical ballet through age appropriate skill development, creative expression and the relationship between music and dance. Barre, center floor, and across the floor progressions are all used to develop proper ballet technique. Ballet is the foundation upon which most dance forms are based.

Dance With Me

Dance With Me is a creative childhood development class for ages 12 months to 3 years. Each lesson offers guided and supportive exploration into the world of movement and music. The classes encourage motor and social skills development, individual learning, and creative understanding for your little one. This class is for children with a loved one participating- Parents, Grandparents, Nannies

Elementary Acro

Please have your dancer wear FITTED activewear, Dancewear, no street clothes. Shoes are not required for class. Once you are registered for class, you are billed monthly for the number of days each class will occur in the month. Payments are always due the 1st week. Upon registering, we will charge the non-refundable annual registration fee to hold your dancer's spot in class. Space is limited

Tippy Toes Ballet & Tap

Crafts & More for Preschoolers Winter- Ages 3-4

Looking for something fun for your child to enjoy on Friday mornings? Join Miss Cassie for theme-based crafts, story time and burn off some energy with some wiggle and giggle active play time. Each week preschool aged children will enjoy a story and a simple craft, and a dance, or other activity to go with the story. Must be potty trained.

Family Fun

Have more than one child? Amanda Rose invites you to bring them together for this 8-week session! Families with up to 3 children (ages 0–5) can bundle and save with this class option. One guardian is required during the lesson. Located at Thirst church, let your little ones also explore the play area while you enjoy a River coffee. Class max capacity is 16 individuals.

Tiny Toes Movement

This class for 2-year-olds and a caregiver helps tots get acquainted with the studio setting while exploring the world of creative movement. Students, encouraged by their caregiver, will work on gross motor skills, exploring movement through imagination and storytelling as well as playing with rhythm using their bodies and provided props.

Junior Critter Club is a semester-long club for kindergarten to 5th graders who love animals and want to learn more about them. Includes fun, hands-on experiences, animal interactions, topics like pet safety, animal needs, how to be a kind/confident pet caregiver and more. This club meets two Friday evenings per month - Jan 30; Feb 6, 20, 27; Mar 6, 27; Apr 17, 24; May 8, 15.

Sailing two-person Club 420s, sailors develop teamwork, confidence, and independence while learning safety, boat handling, rigging, knots, capsize recovery, and the basics of skippering, crewing, and wind awareness. 2 or 4 days/week options available.

Step 2 Optimist Class ~ Afternoons

Opti Step 2 is designed for sailors ages 8–12 and bridges the gap between Beginner Opti and intermediate racing. Ideal for sailors starting their Green Fleet journey, this class builds confidence with racing fundamentals, boat setup, rules, and sportsmanship. Sailors have opportunities to attend local Green Fleet regattas. 2- or 4-day-per-week options available.

Young Scientist Camp

Hands-on learning can be the most fun for children! This week will be perfect for kids who love STEM and animals. Kids will learn to perform simple science experiments to learn about animals and how they are cared for. Along with animal science-related crafts and activities, campers will also get to interact with some of our animals! - For kids entering grades 2-5.

O'pen Skiff Swim & Play 2 Days

O’pen Skiff is a fun, high-energy class for sailors ready to play on fast, single-handed boats. Sailors build confidence through swimming, capsizing, boat handling, and games on the water—mixing skill-building with lots of laughter and time splashing around with friends.

Parent & Me Go Sailing!

This is a wonderful opportunity to create lasting memories, spend quality time together, and develop a love for sailing! Parents and children will learn to sail on a Club 420 in a fun, relaxed, and safe environment. The program is designed to foster teamwork, confidence, and enjoyment on the water for the whole family.

The focus of our program is to provide quality golf instruction to juniors of varying ages and skill levels. SAFETY and ENJOYMENT of the great game of golf is emphasized. Western Lakes Golf offers beginner golf courses for youth (ages 5-8). Offered most days of the week! Two classes on Sunday!

Kinderpram Class

Kinderpram is a fun, age-appropriate introduction to sailing for children ages 5–6. Designed to build confidence, coordination, and a love for the water, this Friday morning class uses games and hands-on activities to teach basic boating skills, safety, and teamwork—making it the perfect first step into sailing.
