Back in 2018, our oldest was born and Angie started searching for activities for him in the Lake Country area. What she found was frustrating - dozens of providers, each with their own website, no single place to see everything at once. Hours of googling just to find a swim class or a gymnastics program.
So she had an idea. What if there was one place where Lake Country families could find every class, camp, event, and activity - all in one spot?
Fortunately, Scott is a software architect who could actually build it. And Lake Country Kids was born.
We're not a big company. We're Scott, Angie, and our three kids - Lake Country parents who built this because we needed it ourselves. Providers add their classes directly, we keep improving the tools to make it easier, and we genuinely love hearing from the families who use it.
